Shannon Kirkpatrick, PLMHP
Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
Life is full of questions, changes, and tough choices. I am passionate about coming alongside individuals to help facilitate positive changes through compassionate care, and building an effective set of coping/mindfulness skills. I have been working with children, teens, and adults for the last three years. I am experienced in stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, boundaries, self-care, mindfulness, and play/art therapy techniques.
I graduated from the Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I am excited to be joining the staff at Hope and Wellness as I continue to learn and grow as a professional. I hope you hear from you soon!
